Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling

• F.O.B. California.
• We will only ship to the fifty United States.
• UPS or motor freight will be used, depending on weight and destination.
• All shipments are subject to dimensional weight charges.

Master Carton

• A $5.00(net) charge per box is added to the invoice for special protective packing to assure safe delivery.

Freight Quotes

• Estimates for freight may vary as much as 25%.

Drop Shipments

• $10.00(v) handling charge for each destination after the first destination, plus shipping charges

Claims

• BestBuyTrophy will process all claims on your behalf
• Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise
• Replacement trophies are shipped ground.

Returns

We will accept damaged or incorrect orders for repair or replacement with prior authorization. Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period. Customer is responsible for using a shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring their return shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
